Our Staff

The key to the success of any medical office is the dedication of its staff towards their patient’s recovery. Behind the scene at Bay Area Hand Surgery Associates are employees who provide reception, insurance authorization, appointment scheduling, surgery scheduling, medical records, and office procedures. Without them, we would not be able to offer the high quality of care we have mandated for our medical practice.

Eric Brown is our back office patient coordinator/x-ray and casting tech/medical assistant.

Wendy Williams is our front office coordinator/assistant/receptionist.

Batchimeg Battsengel is our Surgery Scheduler.

Matt Douglas is our Billing Manager.

Yvette Synder works in Billing.

Iliana Cardenas is our front office receptionist.

Alex Cardenas works in the back office and is a medical assistant.
