Melissa Chung, Office Manager has been our Office Administrator since 2001. She is knowledgeable about all of the office functions. She schedules all of the surgeries after completing the authorization process.

Eric Brown has been our Clinical Coordinator since August 1990. He is our senior x-ray and cast room technician. Eric obtains therapy and medication authorizations, and scheduling diagnostic studies.

Pat Copenhaver has been Dr. Masem's Administrative Assistant since June 2005. She has worked as a medical secretary for various orthopedic surgeons since 1982. She schedules industrial patients, assists in obtaining authorizations, scheduling depositions and other medical-legal functions.

Christie Gordon is our Receptionist and the newest member to our staff. She is the first person to speak with our patients and answer many of their questions. She is an asset to patient services including answering phone calls. scheduling appointments, and assisting patients as they check in and out of their appointments.

Jenniefer Blanchard has been our medical biller since September 2006. She had worked as a medical biller for over 10 years. She is a very important back office staff.

Wendy Williams has worked for Dr. Masem for approximately two years. Originally Wendy was our receptionist. She now works as our back office technician that also includes assisting with taking x-rays and preparing patient charts.
